A quick guide to onboarding, payment, review, and support before users enter the workspace.
How do members start onboarding?
Members create an account, complete each onboarding step, upload the required license and identity photos, then continue directly to payment inside the portal.
Will onboarding progress be saved?
Yes. Recent onboarding progress is saved automatically so members can continue where they left off instead of starting over.
How does payment work?
Registration payment opens inside the web flow through PayMongo. Once payment is confirmed, the portal updates the account and continues the onboarding review process.
What happens after submission?
After successful payment and submission, the account moves into review. Members can see their LTOP ID, payment reference, and support access while waiting for approval.
Can users contact support while waiting?
Yes. The portal includes a support path for payment, review, and technical concerns so members can message the team even before the workspace fully opens.
